Title: |
LI 1149 |
Description: |
One of the many third rail powered MP-54 MUs that the PRR Juniata Shops constructed for the Long Island Railroad's passenger operations back in the days when the Standard Railroad of the World controlled Long Island's largest railroad. Now a part of the Central New York Chapter NRHS' display at the NY State Fairgrounds, this car is one of only a handful of PRR and LIRR MP-54s to survive in preservation today. |
