Description:  The Catskill Mountain Railroad is making great progress in restoring its line back into Phoenicia, following the effects of Hurricane Irene back in 2011. Former LIRR Alco S-1 407 shows off its new coat of paint in front of the Empire State Railway Museum on a work train, a location that was not easily accessible to trains a few months prior.
