NS 2103 |
Description: |
A view through the fence along North 6th Street of the turntable on the eastern end of the Juniata Shops. NS 2103 is one of the shop switchers assigned this day, moving locomotives in various stages of repair around the different shop tracks. The unit was built by EMD in 1973 as Reading Company 2613, one of the last new locomotives delivered before the former anthracite road was merged into Conrail a few years later. |
