The Tioga Central's former D&H RS3u lays over on an industrial siding with the Wellsboro & Corning switcher. The unit was one of the Delaware & Hudson's Bicentenial units. The unit still wears Bicentenial paint. Look closely. The D&H markings can still be seen under the Tioga Central letters. |
