The unit still wears the green and yellow colors it acquired during its days on the Stewartstown Railroad in southern Pennsylvania. Two switchers, both built by the Electro Motive Corporation in 1937 for the Philadelphia Bethlehem & New England Railroad, meet once again on the former RDG Kutztown Branch, although under two different owners. 52, a former NC, is now owned by the East Penn Railroad while 206, a former SW, is property of the newly formed Allentown & Auburn Railroad. Both were rebuilt by EMD in the 1950s to SW900m standards. |
